pray it works
Day two! Still going strong... kind of. I'm actually incredibly sleepy, and I just want to pull some crackers out of the pantry and eat them. But I thankfully, I have lettuce washed and ready to go, so i'll at least have that.
There's no meat or dressing though, which sucks. I have lunch meat, but that's not so great with a salad.
When I actually started, I was 230 ... the other day I was 215, and that's without really sticking to it... And today -I'm 212. Exciting? Not really. My weight has always fluctuated. I'll really try to stick to it though -even though this weekend is a friend's birthday and I'm not sure how I'll fare in a restaurant.
I need to go to the store and get some meat. I've decided to just go with a low-carb thing. I mean, low cal and low fat haven't exactly produced the greatest results... and I need two lose 2lbs every single week to come close to my goal in July. So lowcarb it is. Pray it works.
